Located in the historic downtown district The Terraces have generously appointed unique and spaciously designed one and two bedroom apartments. No two are identical. Some contain timeless architectural elements, others breathtaking views of Chelsea Harbor, and yet others offer terraces, decks or patios that overlook wooded courtyards. What the apartments do have in common are modern conveniences such as central air conditioning/ heat, appliances, microwaves, dishwashers, amazing closets, controlled access entrances and plenty of parking adjacent to the property.

Thank you for your interest in The Terraces Apartments! Listed below is the information that is needed in order to begin the application process:

  1. There is a $35 non refundable application fee, per applicant.
  2. There is a $100 fee to hold an apartment. A specific apartment can be held for up to two weeks. The hold fee is refundable up to 72 hours after the fee is received. The hold fee monies are applied towards your first months' rent.
  3. Dog owners will be charged a $45 pet fee per month and cat owners will be charged $25 pet fee per month. This is due every month along with your rent.
  4. Security deposits range from one to two months' rent. Approval is based on credit history, rental history and employment history. Security deposit is due at the time of move-in.
  5. Employment history and income are verified with your two most recent pay stubs. If you do not have pay stubs available, a document containing your signature authorization can be sent to Human Resources of your employer to obtain necessary information.
  6. Rental history is verified by your signature authorization being forwarded to your current and/or prior landlord to verify residency history.
